Start Earning $50–200k/Year Remotely! — Personal Experiences

I started looking into the startup world a while ago, and I learned a few things which I would like to share with my connections here and beyond, especially the people of my country, Pakistan.
In the start, I started exploring hiring platforms like Crossover & Turing, but after a lot of research into their culture of micromanaging & keylogging and a lot of dead ends, I couldn’t go anywhere good. I tried applying to Linkedin remote jobs, but their response rate is around 5–10%; the rest don’t even get back.
I then stumbled across https://angel.co/jobs & https://www.workatastartup.com/, and that is when I got to know what is happening in the outside world, how much the world is progressing, and the places we are lacking behind.
On the websites, the lower-end salary for a person with 𝟏-𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 is 𝟒,𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎-𝟔,𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐊𝐑/𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, whereas locally the same talents are being sold for 5–10% of that amount (see image attached for reference). AngelList’s response rate is roughly 30–45%. Even the mere interview phase of these companies gives you a huge knowledge and confidence boost even if you are not qualified for the job, and this aspect is rarely found in our local industry.
These website has thousands of job postings, and they actively hire worldwide, including in Pakistan. 80–90% of people around me had no idea about the website, which is why I am posting this.
With the tax exemption on IT by the government, this is a great time to do work remotely in the Tech Industry and make the most for yourself.
